The modeling task requires some expertise in constraint programming. This requirement is a bottleneck to the broader uptake of constraint technology. Several approaches have been proposed to assist the non-expert user in the modeling task.  In this talk\, I will present the recent results on constraint acquisition obtained by the Coconut team and their collaborators.\nIn a first part I will show how to learn constraint networks by asking the user partial queries.
