The PACCE group is developing expertise in the field of human modelling, human-machine cooperation and system design. The fundamental issues addressed concern perception (sensory analysis, psychophysics, visual exploration, haptic sensitivity, etc.), action (movement control, haptic guidance, etc.) and cognition (spatial cognition, risk management, perceived quality, etc.). Ergonomic issues concern product design, the design of virtual environments and interaction with automation.
